Oh believe there ARE people that dumb, a girl in my old High school was in class and the teacher was talking about America, and she was all “Isn’t America, like, the whole world?” and I used to work at a tutoring place, a girl could not find Canada when the teacher showed her a map, she was 16?17?
I am in high school. Trust me, there are people even dumber than this. I can name like, 6 people off the top of my head who don’t know who are President is.
