If they had an oral contract (pun!) then there is an implied guarantee that she will not be injured during the completion of the services (another pun!). It would really depend on whether the blow job was a “gift” or a service done in exchange for consideration (like paying on a date). And my contracts professor said this stuff wasn’t fun!
