Just so you know. It is possible to hear through floors. The guy below me bounced his first month rent check and could not pay todays rent. He has a dog i s going through a divorce makes 4000 a mo .u One of them has a girl friend and the other one talks like he is a player.
He has some sort of issue with his daughters childcare. There is much more… I am hoping they keep bouncing checks and get kicked out.
